Director - Relationship Management;

Managing client relationships in the UHNI segment. This a farming cum hunting role with an even split between both responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibility
- End-to-end customer relationship management. Build and Manage relationships that result in successful long-term partnerships.
- Engage with inactive customers to reactivate their accounts.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of client portfolios.
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well. Analyse and evaluate client needs and provide recommendations with respect to the issues identified, along with potential strategies for further enhancing client relationships.
- Accountable for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan, which addresses wealth creation, wealth preservation, and wealth enhancement achieved through an in-depth analysis of the clients profile so as to identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organization.
- Build and grow a very sustainable advisory franchise by achieving revenue and client goals for the firm.
- Manage client expectations (viz Wealth management, advise on structuring entities, help build and manage family office set up, defining Standard operating procedures).
- Work with internal teams for effective and timely execution of all contracted deliverables.
- Help plan for succession and transfer of assets through wills/trust, advise on Charitable giving by families through a sustainable process with impact analysis.
- To provide solutions to clients beyond investments and wealth management, in areas such as Philanthropy, Succession Planning including Trust and estate planning, family constitution, mentoring the next generation, providing education roadmaps, designing and implementation of stand operation procedures at the client’s office, recruiting talent for the client family office, etc.
- Ensure an institutionalized engagement with the clients to increase the longevity of the relationships.

- Stay current on products, services and regulations that could impact our clients - Excellent knowledge of products, market dynamics and economic scenarios.
- Understand the client's risk profile and maximize the risk vs. reward balance for individual clients by optimizing the product mix.
- Ability to take initiative in a dynamic and constantly-changing industry and ability to adopt a generalist mindset.
Requirements
- A postgraduate with 15 years of Investment Management experience preferably from a wealth management background. An individual with excellent communication skills who has handled large relationships across UHNI/HNI segments and Family Offices. Exposure to the “Advisory” model will be a distinct advantage.
