Wealth Advisor - Client Advisory

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 7 to 15 years

Objective of the role

Providing comprehensive financial guidance and personalized investment solutions to clients. Play a key role in understanding clients' financial goals, assessing their risk tolerance, and developing tailored strategies to help them achieve their financial objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to help them achieve their financial goals and navigate the complexities of wealth management effectively.

Roles and responsibilities

Manage client portfolios (right from doing the initial health check-up) and suggesting appropriate investment actions to a constant review and rebalancing.
Assist in preparing client portfolio reviews, rebalancing and migration on a regular / scheduled basis.
Liaise with Products Team to communicate product requirements in client portfolios.
Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions. Offer investment advice and recommend appropriate asset allocation strategies.
Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals.
Staying informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may affect clients' investments and financial plans. Providing insights and recommendations based on ongoing analysis of market conditions.
Support projects and processes to monitor, analyze and report Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Counterparty/ issuer Risk, for multi asset class portfolios.

Attributes required / preferred skills

Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
Strong numerical and communication skills. Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Ability to engage with clients and build on relationships.
Ability to multi-task, deliver high quality service.
Ability to work in a team environment, fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
Organization and planning skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
