Manager - Digital Marketing
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2 to 3 years
Objective of the role
Manage content distribution and lead generation across all digital mediums via organic and paid means. This role is strongly business-focused and contributes significantly to revenue growth.
Roles and responsibilities
Performance Campaigns
- Develop and execute a *long-term digital advertising strategy* to enhance Waterfield's brand awareness in new regions and capture high-quality leads.
- Manage Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube promotions to increase landing page visits and form fills.
- Identify and create appropriate audience segments across various digital channels.
- Conduct A/B testing using a variety of content formats across different channels.
- Collaboratively draft impactful and engaging copy.
Website Management
- Complete ownership of Waterfield Advisors website.
- Regularly monitor website analytics and lead funnel, strategizing improvements to maintain performance.
- Implement customized engagement campaigns on various web pages aimed at a seamless form-fill experience.
- Serve as the (SPOC) for website agencies, managing relationships and collaborating to execute campaigns effectively.
Email Marketing
- Manage all marketing-related email communications.
- Send, analyze, and review monthly newsletters using the mailing platform.
- Oversee event and client communications linked to email campaigns.
Attributes required / preferred skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency in website management and analytics.
- Wealth Management/BFSI industry experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment, fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
