Assistant Manager - Content Marketing
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 1 to 3 years
Objective of the role
Spearhead the execution of company’s annual content strategy. This role demands a strong focus on research and writing, with enough room to experiment and influence the direction of the company’s content initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities
Content Research and Creation
- Write thought leadership articles in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Lead a writer’s room to create whitepapers and reports.
- Collaborate with the SEO manager to monitor and improve SERP rankings.
- Strategize and lead content campaigns for annual marketing IPs.
- Extensively research & introduce unique content ideas to the brand’s content arsenal.
- Set up & manage effective marketing operations for content creation & distribution.
Social Media Management
- Develop content for various social media campaigns and newsletters.
- Manage the social media calendar and post on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Improve the current growth rate on LinkedIn and collaborate on developing a presence on Twitter and Instagram.
- Work collaboratively on video production for podcasts and creative campaigns - write scripts, manage edits, and enhance the overall storytelling.
External and Internal Communications
- Create brand presentations for external and internal communications as needed.
- Draft copies for email campaigns regarding events, webinars, and client comms.

- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media management.
- Ability to create engaging and insightful content.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Great PowerPoint skills are a huge plus.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment, fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
