Assistant Manager – Business Advisory

Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluating/Understanding personal taxation for UHNI families, corporate taxation etc.
Assistance on reviewing/drafting of trust deeds, family constitution etc.
Assistance on evaluating FEMA regulations such as Outbound regulations, Inbound regulations, LRS etc.
Assistance on ideation on Internal corporate restructurings, deal advisory etc.
Preparation of client deliverables in PPT/Word

Candidate Should Be

A Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience
Direct tax provisions, especially in relation to personal taxation and corporate taxation
Understanding of Trust Structures, Trust Deeds, Family Constitutions, Review of Trust Deeds
Trust taxation and related provisions
Experience with FEMA regulations such as Outbound regulations, Inbound regulations, LRS, NBFC regulations.
